If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter a problem that renders the system unusable, we are more than willing to facilitate a refund. Here’s the process for requesting a refund:

  1. Take note of your transaction order ID.
  2. Send us an email with the subject line: “Request for Refund.”
  3. Detail the issues you’re experiencing and provide the reason for your refund request.

In certain cases, we may request additional information as proof. We are also committed to providing transparency by offering evidence of our efforts and decisions.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds for technical issues can only be processed if we are given the opportunity to resolve them within 48 hours.
  • If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, a refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Full refunds will be processed if requested within the first 7 days. After this period, partial refunds will be issued based on the remaining subscription period.
  • Our support team will communicate with users in all refund cases.

Assistance with Setup:

  • We provide comprehensive support to assist you in setting up your boxes, devices, apps, and systems. However, our support is limited to predefined steps for configurations.

Channel Issues:

  • While our servers are generally stable, temporary channel issues may arise due to various factors such as internet fluctuations, device setup problems, ISP issues, server updates, or customer preferences.
